IN-HOUSE INTERIOR DESIGN CONSULTANCY

Grumitt Wade Mason offer in-house interior design consultancy on a project-by-project basis. We believe in a holistic approach to architecture and design for living spaces and work collaboratively, from the early stages of the programme, to achieve the best results for our clients.

From our introduction appointment we find it helpful to establish a check list of ‘areas of responsibility’ between the architectural elements of the building and fixtures and fittings that may become more elemental in the scheme design look and feel. This will assist in establishing budget costs for client approvals and sign off.

We would propose a programme of presentation dates where we would share mood boards, sample boards, presentation drawings and budget costings to achieve scheme design sign off. This would be followed by development design for specialist areas of work including bathrooms, kitchens and joinery which will then form part of the architectural package.

Should our clients wish to engage interior design consultancy for a more bespoke service this would be arranged specific to each project on an hourly rate. This scope of service might include showroom visits, furniture, fittings and equipment (FFE) soft furnishings, decorative lighting, artwork etc. compiling budget schedules for client direct supply to complement the interior scheme look and feel proposals.
