Marco is a Technical Designer with a strong background in home adaptations for accessibility. He works closely with clients and occupational therapists to assess project feasibility, develop practical solutions, and plan adaptations tailored to individual needs. Using AutoCAD, Marco produces detailed technical drawings and specifications, and oversees the tendering process, liaising with grant officers and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery. He manages each project through to completion with a hands-on, client-focused approach.
Before joining the team, Marco spent five years as a Project Surveyor for a housing association, gaining valuable experience in residential project management. He also ran his own business as a building renovation specialist and worked as a self-employed yacht surveyor. He holds a Diploma in Small Craft Surveying and brings a practical, detail-oriented mindset to every project.
Marco enjoys being part of a collaborative team and values the impact that well-designed spaces can have on people’s lives. Outside of work, he keeps busy with his large family and enjoys cycling, photography, karate, and walking.
