Robert joined Grumitt Wade Mason as an Architect in 2024.
He gained his MA in Architecture from the Royal Danish Academy in Copenhagen in 2021, having previously completed a BA in Architecture at the University of Sheffield.
Robert specialises in high-end residential architecture, bringing a refined design sensibility to private clients across Brighton, Hove, London, and the wider South of England. He is particularly known for beautifully conceived rear extensions, loft conversions, and whole-house remodelling projects that balance architectural ambition with everyday liveability. Robert’s work spans the full conception and design phase, from feasibility studies and planning applications to technical drawings and building regulations, with a strong focus on inclusive design, accessibility architecture, and creating spaces tailored to each client’s individual needs. He also contributes to hydrotherapy pool design and therapy space projects, working alongside occupational therapists and case managers to deliver exceptional outcomes.
Robert’s previous roles have taken him around the globe — from working as a trade assistant in Australia, to designing bouldering gyms for a Copenhagen-based company, to working in architectural practice in London. This diverse background brings him a wealth of experience across many aspects of architecture.
